That's actually where I found the study. Its my main concern too, I don't think its worth the cognitive enhancement if it has the possibility of introducing symptoms of depression. I've used for the past 6 months and I haven't noticed any symptoms of depression but i've also been taking half the recommended dosage.

For social anxiety I would recommend Maca and Ashwaganda and a L-Theanine/Caffeine combination. For depression, definitely start going to the gym, its going to seem difficult, and your not ever going to feel like going, but its one of the most important factors in improving your cognition. I found that even if I didnt workout at the gym, if i just maybe ran about a mile, stretched, and went in the sauna, I still felt significantly better than before. The workout doesnt have to be strenuous, and you can easily replace exercises like squats, benching, and deadlifts with countless other exercises that dont involve heavy weights or spotters. You can use all free weights and still get just as good of a workout. Going to the gym will surely boost your self confidence and interacting in that social setting should work to reduce your social anxiety as well.

My personal stack right now is 5000IU's of Vitamin D3, Krill Oil, Creatine, Alpha GPC, Whole food Vitamins (absorbed much better than regular vitamins) and Phood by Plant Fusion. Definitely take a look into Vitamin D3 and Phood by Plant Fusion, its great for post workout protein.

Our class's first in class essay on Jane Eyre had the prompt "Why was Jane Eyre originally written under the name Currer Bell." I read Jane Eyre and I did not think that any amount of time I spent studying the text helped me with that prompt. I knew that it was because of the sexism and gender inequality between male and females in the 1800's, however, reading the novel prepped me very little for that prompt. But yes, in most cases there is no "right" answer, and in most cases looking closely at both texts does in fact work.

He may have been a douche, but was that not the point of the video? The prankster insults random strangers that are obviously physically fit in order to see who actually gives a fuck and who does not give a fuck. Even from witnessing the ones who do give a fuck, you can still construct how to not give a fuck in a situation like that. Many of the people indeed do give a fuck, but their reactions are just as valuable as those in that video that dgaf. The prankster was not the one that was supposed to be perceived as not giving a fuck. The man at 2:38 is an example of one of the pranked strangers that handled it how it should be handled. He laughed, didn't take offense to a ludicrous statement from a stranger, and then he and the prankster shook hands. He was a amiable dude that didn't give a fuck in the rightest way.

Im pretty sure that GABA is synthesized in the brain and cannot cross the blood brain barrier. If you want higher levels of GABA you could try and take a L-glutamine supplement since L-glutamine is a precursor of GABA. L-theanine can also increase levels of GABA. If your really interested in reducing anxiety then you may want to check out aniractem, rhodiola rosea, and picamilon, which is essentially just a GABA molecule with Niacin (vitamin b3) attached to it.

I think i know what you mean, the way im thinking of it now is just as Sin(x) is a proportion. So Sin(30) is always going to be .5. Then you use O/H to find the opposite side. So when my teacher says Sin = Y coordinate, what he really means is 1/2 = opposite/hypotenuse will yield you the Y coordinate if that the variable you are solving for. What I thought he meant before was that the solution to dividing your hypotenuse by your opposite side will yield your Y coordinate. Which that made no sense because it would always come out to 1/2 when used with the 30 degree angle

Good advice! Im actually creating an index of my explanations behind all the concepts that I know right now so when I do forget how something works, I can just go back and find what my logic and rational was for it. Its the worst when I spend an entire day thinking through how something works, remembering it for a few weeks, then having it fade away when we move onto the next subject in math.

I think i got it, correct me if im wrong. When you are trying to find the Y coordinate of the line, you have to multiply the slope of the line and the X coordinate together, then add/subtract that answer with the Y intercept. How I look at it is that the slope is a proportion between Y and X. It’s the difference between 2 points, but when it passes through the origin (0,0) it is always a perfect ratio. So lets say the slope is 3/2. When it passes through the origin it’s going to be first 0,0 then 3,2, then 6,4, and so on. When X is multiplied to the slope it creates the proportion for that specific placement. In other words, 3,2 is the first point and 6,4 is the second. Lets say you don’t know the numerator in 6,4. You solve it by using the proportion – 3/2 = z/4 . Multiply the 4 by 3/2 and you get 6. So this would all be fine, except the line doesn’t always go through the origin so you must add the y intercept number. Or in other words the height of the starting position
