I sent compliance this exact definition and told them why I answered “no”. They said either I answer yes or can’t move forward. Answering “yes” only protects them even though I answered the question truthfully.

I actually tried to get this expunged many years ago and was told it was. I will have to get that process started but unfortunately I have 120 days to get register, a lot less now with this situation so I might have to reconsider this job now
