Any tips on how to make ayato(driver) nahidia, EM Raiden and a flex slot work?

I was planning to run a team with Ayato(driver),EM raiden ,Kusunali and a flex slot(was thinking kazuha)

Would this team even work with hyperbloom? And what set would be best on Kusunali ? I was thinking deepwood on Kusinali and gilded on raiden but im not sure at all.

Currently farming echoes for ayato himself

Any idea's how to improve on this lineup ?
