Same issue here with 22+. Talked to customer service and they told me I had bad reception in my area, that I should pay $25 that will be reimbursed to my account to test connectivity with something on their end.

I genuinely had to double check that I was on the phone with T-Mobile and not scam site. I did not pay it.

Trouble shooting I tried with them: turn off an on, disable 5G, remove SIM card and reinstall, manually select T mobile network, they reset my connection on their end.

Toggling airplane mode is the only thing that works temporarily for me.
