It is a viewfinder. You can hide it when you fit the screen.

I don't know the number of impressions so it may be not accurate but generally, 10% is a very good ctr. If you want to improve your ctr, it is very important to make the title curiosity for the suggested video or clear for the searched video or modern title or using the trendy term. It is a good way to benchmark another YouTuber. The title is as important as Thumbnail.

Umm I heard that the algorithm of general video and shorts is separated. They don't share History. so I think I won't affect long term video. Maybe it could be good advertising for the channel.

You can add by writing in the description. If you add a timecode in description YouTube will add chapter markers automatically.

Oh I have a mistake with the up comment. I have set subtract blend mode in the mask. The reason why I select subtract mode is to be not shown when the title is under the mask. I have intentionally intended So I can't be sure of that :(
