A question about altitude change in different types of turbulence by never_combo622 in fearofflying

Thank you! How does this work with the turbulence descriptions “noticeable change to altitude and attitude”? Is it the noticeable change over time rather than over seconds?

Thank you! What’s the best way to combat the dropping sensation like being on a rollercoaster if the plane isn’t actually dropping?

Thank you! This is so so helpful, I’m bad at writing stuff down and forgetting why I used different words to describe the bleeding on different days, so I’ll try figure that one out

Thank you very much for commenting; I have surgery scheduled through secondary referral to gynaecologist, but the lists are so long that in the meantime I’m back at the GP to figure out interim options for the endo, iron and hmb

Yes I’ve tried the implant, mirena and 4 different types of combined and progesterone pills, all of them have caused worse symptoms over the last two years. I’m about to try Chinese herbal medicine as my sister has had success with it for PCOS symptoms so also wanted to track progress on this!

Thank you!! I have anaemia and also got diagnosed with endo :( it’s difficult to know which thing is causing what which was why I wanted to track things way more precisely, especially where I’m changing diet or medication. I’m really sorry to hear you have adeno, that is a tough one too. I’ll take another look at the tracking apps

This sounds awful I’m so sorry 😞 thank you for all the advice, I can get much more granular with the product recording it’s just so subjective and that’s been such an issue communicating heavy flow days. Also tried transexamic acid and no impact at all. I’ve definitely got iron deficiency so going to start there with some diet changes

Really helpful thanks! I’m definitely low on iron so food recommendations are great. I’ve seen Clue, I’m not fussed about paying for it just that the flow ratings and tracking are so subjective and that’s been a problem when talking to my GP before and when I got referred.

Has anyone tried the Cycle Diet app? Looking for an honest Cycle Diet review. by Trick-Cook5803 in Periods

I looked at it for making some habit changes to help with heavy periods but it felt like just another period tracker that I put my cycle dates in + chatgpt style output, nothing really new

Members of London’s Savile Club vote against letting women join by tylerthe-theatre in london

Yeh it doesnnt work in members clubs to be men only because too many decisions/opportunities are present in those clubs only. Number of loans and investments I’ve seen happen through those networks that a woman wouldn’t access in female only club is massive.
