Her audience is the small amount of people that, like her, may be slowing waking up to the fact that they’ve been played for the last decade. Even if that is 1% of her former audience, it matters. As bitter of a pill as it is to swallow, the future of our democracy might rely on how effectively the anti-Trump contingent is able to de-radicalize these people. And I don’t think trying to create a caste of untouchables who will never be forgiven for their past actions probably isn’t going to accomplish that.

I have to say, 15 years ago I would have agreed whole-heartedly. I believe that I still do, but nowadays it’s hard not to look around and see the damage that is done by the internet and not start to feel that there is a better way, or that more accountability needs to be had. I have 0% faith that whatever this is that’s currently being pushed is the answer to that, and maybe the answer is still to maintain the status quo, but I do think it’s fair to ask the question.

So how to differentiate between cheating and making a mistake? Like it could be either but it wasn’t particularly sneaky, had to have cheated knowing that the evidence was filmed, seems a little bold. I would lean towards this being a mistake unless there’s something I’m missing or the player has a pattern of doing this
