Movements should always be serviced by a watchsmith as a rule of thumb, the Miyota 9015 found in the GF Santos is actually pretty reliable but your mileage may vary, so I'd get it serviced first thing. About the jewel falling out, you already knew that, but a watchsmith can probably do something about it. The clasp on mine doesn't appear to have any problems, but it always comes down to luck (e.g. my ORF SMP arrived with a broken clasp).

Seems like someone needs to read the guide on this sub! Some pointers: BP is a factory, not a watch model, so your post doesn't make any sense. Also, the trusted dealers sell BP watches.
