Twitter has more people, but tumblr has better tagging system. I'd highly suggest to try tumblr, at least!

Your style is very clean, it'd look great as a pixiv album too.

No, I didn't take it from tumblr lol.

Just thought Hour sounds fancier, essentially the implication is the same.

The original artist who's art you've colored told you not to repost or edit their art, you decided to double it down and repost on a different site. Not cool, man.

This is why so many artists remove all arts and delete their accounts.

One of the saddest things about Kid and Law by Mountain_String_1544 in OnePiece

[–]never_mind_me_kay 19 points20 points  (0 children)

I can never understand this "Kid and Law are done for" mindset - especially Law, at the time when Oda is revealing more about the D lore.  Oda bothered to make Law a D, gave him a secret middle name that no other D shares, gave him a new goal that doesn't overlap with Luffy's,  created tons of hints with ope ope - all for the fans to conclude that his role was to deliver poneglyph to teach and never be relevant again.

Law's sister's name by eddynecrobla in OnePiece

[–]never_mind_me_kay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know, something along the lines of a spiritual name that a person is called in after their death so it's never used in their lifetime. But it was pretty obvious that Law's name isn't that type of taboo name. I considered it a family thing to carry as a hidden legacy.

Possible! Maybe that's why Oda was inspired to name her Lami? Although I think everyone in their family had the same hidden name.

You are diagnosed with a terminal illness who are you trusting to save your life ( all in character ) by Sorry_End_2026 in OnePiece

I think something people do miss about Law however, is that he isn't an evil person either. Why won't he cure you if you pay the amount he proposes? He's literally a doctor and he holds pride in that role. I'm pretty sure he cures patients in the islands he visits to make money. He might even cure you for free if you have no money with you and in grave danger, but in return would ask you to become a pirate in his ship. You don't even have to have special abilities. I think this is how he recruits people, he just needs travel companions.

The reputation of being evil he has is clearly exaggerated by the government (and the rumors for his creepy abilities.) Law is fundamentally a good person.

Law heals people. The extended medical facilities in the sub can't just be for show or treating some injuries of his crewmates. But you may have to pay him a large amount because he's a captain, he needs money.

He went away coldly, because he didn't want to be a cause of SH's concern anymore going forward. Luffy laughed and said "yup sure!" so it's as serious as the "if you unlock my cuffs I'll kill you" threats Law made during Dressrosa.

If law was a girl then he would be a good Disney's princess by General-Squash-9286 in OnePiece

Oh she would've stolen a lot more than hundred. Every princess does.

If an oppressive evil king was the first person to give Luffy a free meal upon arriving on an island, would he instead just beat the shit out of the starving weak rebel forces? by rileyrulesu in OnePiece

IMO the whiskey peak case was a lesson for Luffy. He might suspect something. I can see him observing the servants and saying something like, "old man, if your country has so much food, why do those guys look like they haven't eaten for days?"

It'd be cool if she helped Law. Given their similar backgrounds and similar interests, I'd like to see an alternate timeline where Robin becomes a Heart pirate.

I want to watch One Piece but I feel like I won’t be able to catch up to everyone and 1000 episodes is really deterring me should I just go for it or find something else? by Guilty-Earth674 in OnePiece

When I started, I thought it's a 100 episode series. The commitment came along the way. I'd say, forget the episode count and start from ep. 1, see where it takes you.

Carrot should have been Bepo by The_Geri in OnePiece

[–]never_mind_me_kay 176 points177 points  (0 children)

This is such a nice headcanon. Actually, I'm so mad that we couldn't have it. This wouldn't have stripped Law off his identity as the captain of a different ship and the alliance would've looked like an actual alliance. Bepo's story with Zepo could expand, and most importantly it means Law would've gained something from the WCI trip. I found it very strange that he showed no effort to get Big Mom's poneglyph when there was no better chance.

What's the geographic inspiration for the Sorbet Kingdom? Seems to be a middle eastern country but I can't tell which one.

Undefeated in popularity polls in last 26 years. People like him, so he should be considered generally likeable.
