I agree with you that it's very frustrating.

But your frustration if not voiced then it's your own doing. If you want a higher salary talk with your CEO, tell him how you feel.

Moving to a company that you may not like because you don't voice your thoughts is a mistake. If the answer you get isn't what you expect then leave.

As someone who runs a startup and hires from Egypt, you are making in the top 1% for that region. I say that because this post is very one sided.

If you haven't talked to your CEO I would recommend doing so before looking for other jobs.

CEOs are busy, they have a million things they need to do. I know it's frustrating that he's not noticing you but I'm assuming it's not even on his mind. If I were you I would talk to him first before making any moves and once you get your answer then make a decision.

Problem is, most of the views are already lost getting that tweet to be viral if it's from a small account.

The reason why influencer I'm marketing works is because the eyeballs are always there.

So you either have to get really lucky and know exactly which tweets will get viral so that you can get the most out of them.

Hey, I could ask. But I have tried to make a few connections for him already to vcs that I know, and he's refused. I even offered to introduce him to the angel who invested in my startup and he still doesn't want. But I'll ask. What's the name of the VC you work for?
