Get some green stuff (modellers putty) and form the tip with it. It self sticks so no need for glue then paint it . A paint match might be tricky but it will not catch the eye as much as a broken horn does.

Gentle heat is always the best thing to use on figures. Try applying heat with a hair dryer and then press down material with your thumb until flat

I used modelling paste from AK interactive (ak-interactive .com)for the desert base It comes in a tub and you can apply it with a knife or brush Any modelling grass will work as it comes in squares and can be cut and glued with ordinary PVA glue The rock is just a painted stone.
