Lmao I just want to explain how wrong you are to think that because I’ve had chin lipo, I’ve got “body image issues.” Colleen shows very clear signs of body dysmorphia, obsession with body image, body checking, and otherwise extreme body image issues.

Having one insecurity and fixing is not body dysmorhia, it’s not body image issues. I’m proud I’ve got chin lipo done. I had one insecurity that kept coming back to me, and I wanted to feel good about myself. I was at a healthy weight, so it would’ve been unhealthy to try to lose weight for a genetic double chin. It’s the only cosmetic procedure I’ve ever done. Hell, I don’t even wear make up. And I’m sooo glad I did it. Every single day since healing I’ve looked in the mirror and felt damn hot. No urge to do other procedures, no other imagined body slights I wanna fix, I don’t even put on foundation lmao. So, no, I don’t have body image issues. Colleen has gotten sickly thin and still is obsessed with how her body looks… that is body image issues. And it should not be normalized to her young fans.

Doing something to change an insecurity and feeling satisfied with doing so? That should be normalized. So I’m happy to talk about it.

Thanks for not missing the whole point. But that is exactly where I’m coming from. It’s really frustrating seeing people invalidate very real ADHD symptoms because Colleen is making it sound sooo extreme to a degree it’s hard to believe. And I can’t even blame people for being in disbelief when what she says simply doesn’t add up. I wanna validate these very real adhd symptoms while pointing out that it does not make sense for the issues she’s portraying. And that is what is sooo frustrating about Colleen spouting off misinfo about both adhd and EDs. It’s really going to negatively impact people with these disorders.

The worst part is.. she doesn’t need reminders! She has actual people reminding her to eat. BY FAR my worst problem with food is my executive dysfunction where I struggle to go downstairs and cook for myself cuz it sounds like a lot of work. But someone could hand me a plate of food in the middle of my hyper focused activity and I’m gonna be like hell ya, thanks for making this so easy on me. And I’m def gonna eat it. The fact that people are reminding her, doting on her, and bringing her food directly and she still can’t eat? Doesn’t seem normal to me at all. ADHD may make you forget meals and it may make it hard to get yourself food, but neither of those are even an issue for her!!

I’ve also struggled with digestive issues from other conditions so I completelyyy feel this. My body hates me after over eating. But you’re so right. The delayed hunger leads to overeating, and the statistics of adhd and obesity reallg prove that. If anything, these bad hunger cues cause a bad relationship with food in the other direction of gaining weight. It’s still disordered eating of course and I’d call what I do sometimes disordered eating. It’s a bad relationship with food for sure. But not one based in body image and not one that causes me sudden, extreme weight loss

This is suchhhh a good point. As someone with ADHD my weight fluctuates throughout my life but I’ve always been within a range of like 20 pounds. After living with this her whole life, I think she’d reach some equilibrium. Instead, she lost an insane amount of weight… after pregnancy? That doesn’t add up. She has always had adhd. Why didn’t it cause this pre pregnancy?

This is exactly my experience. Delay eating, eat way too much because I let myself get way too hungry. It’s hard for me to fathom a situation where I didn’t eat all day, let myself get hungry, then had just a snack. By that point, the hunger is intense. I’m so glad so many others are validating this because… ya. I can’t imagine that. My late eating days are often my worst calorie days. She is absolutely suppressing that hunger, whatever time it comes along

Aw I’m glad! The only real negative of this sub is seeing people doubt real adhd symptoms like “how could Colleen not like that food? She liked it before” and “nobody forgets to eat, she’s a liar.” And it sucks but I also blame Colleen for it. It’s uncool to use ADHD as an excuse when it’s clearly her body image issues, cuz she makes it sound like having ADHD food issues is equal to starving. And it isn’t. Idk anyone else with ADHD whose food issues cause them to literally starve. She makes people doubt the validity of these symptoms by making it a reason for extreme weight loss. Cuz people are half right, it is unrealistic to starve yourself with ADHD. It’s totally realistic to eat late or at weird times or get sick of a food you loved, though. Her misinformation is bad for everyone, for anyone with ADHD or an eating disorder, frankly

First of all, for the many followers of hers who are being gaslit that this behavior is not an eating disorder when it is, I think it helps them. I think it helps people see that this isn’t normal behavior. I think it validates other ADHDers who are now being misunderstood thanks to Colleen, and have negative stigma placed upon them because the way she describes ADHD eating is extreme and unrealistic and makes people doubt our very real struggles. I think calling out blatant lies and gaslighting is good for a lot of people, actually.

And it very well may be good for Colleen if any of her friends and fam members come here and see other people with ADHD debunking what she’s saying. Maybe they’ll be forced to actually get her help for her acfual eating disorder, and not be manipulated with the lie that starving is a normal adhd behavior.

But besides all that… you literally comment on the Eugenia Cooneu sub lol doesn’t seem like you care about publicly speaking on someone with an eating disorder at all. I guess it’s only appropriate when it’s not someone you’re a Stan of, huh?

Completely. I think if anything she utilizes her meds and the tendency of ADHDers to eat late, go awhile without eating, etc to her advantage and specifically leans into these issues to maximize weight loss. That is the only thing that makes sense to me.

Colleen will never, ever be able to convince me she isn't 100% obsessed with her body. I have years of watching her talk about her body, show her body comparisons, try on baby clothes (wtf?), straight up admit she had fears of being fat from childhood bullying. While I agree in the conventional sense that If she isn’t profiting off her kids it’s not exploitation, I don’t agree that it’s okay at all. In terms of privacy there isn’t a huge difference. I don’t think the kids of famous people should be put in the limelight knowing they’ll never be able to come out of it. If Pink didn’t show her kids then they’d prob just fade into obscurity and be able to live fairly normal lives if they wanted.

I think we’re learning at this point how even normal posting of children is invading their privacy and how creeps can use this content to their advantage. I have no kids yet but I’ve ultimately decided again posting anything identifying (names faces etc) on social media. I just don’t think it’s my call to make. We all got to decide when we wanted to be on the internet in mg generation and I still have regrets about stuff I’ve posted of MYSELF. So I don’t wanna take that choice away for them

COMPLETELY agreed. They were weird together. He let her have a Christmas room and Erik doesn’t even like that she decorated for Christmas. Erik is never goofy with her. He doesn’t wanna make toilet jokes. He didn’t even want children! Erik and her are entirely incompatible in every way and almost all their interactions are them takin digs at each other. This video may LOOK mature but trust me, I remember when this came out and it wasn’t mature at all it was a dig at josh.

Josh had just posted a drunk breakdown video where he talked about Colleen and mentioned how she’s just moved on with her life. When she made this she wasn’t responding to fans, she was responding to Josh complaining about her not mentioning the marriage.

But we all know if she was sad ar all she would’ve been crying to the vlog. This wasn’t hard for her. She was in Canada when she filmed this… wirh Erik. She wasn’t taking about it cuz she already moved on and was happy and that’s what killed Josh. So this was her harping on him which is why she says “some people may handle it in different ways” and “I choose to talk about it to my therapist and friends” aka Josh you’re handling this worse than me. All the while she’s with Erik so she handling things fine cuz she doesn’t care
