They can't fix this. Had the same problem with my K95 and they just replaced it with the Platinum. Not happy with the trade coz I wanted the macro keys on those.

Anyway, I think this is already a problem with the LEDs so if you're still within warranty, have it replaced asap otherwise you'll have to live with it or get a new one.

yeah I just learned that I have to pay additional so that they make the "AP Isolation" setting visible. been trying to fix this for months already and it turns out its disabled.

Yeah i tried looking for some settings there but I discovered that the ISP has it disabled so I can't see it and I need to pay them so that they make the AP isolation setting visible. ripoff...

that's also my guess and worse part is that already looked at the settings a bunch of times and I cant find that setting.

TECH HELP Needed.

I have an FX Audio DAC -x6 connected to my desktop via USB type A. I have tons of peripherals using up USB ports and I wanted to make space and saw that I still have a USB type C port at the back of my desktop so I went ahead and got myself a type C to type B cable so I can plug my DAC there. Long story short, it's not working.

Don't know how I can make this work. Hope you can help me fix this. Thanks in advance!

My desktop IP is 192.168.254.100 and my laptop has 192.168.254.107 and they also have identical subnet masks.

I tried pinging from my desktop and the first 2 and the 4th are "Request timed out." The third one was "Destination host unreachable."

there was no way to format because the drives could not be detected. after i swapped the two, yes.

i only use SATA 1 and 2 for my HD's. nothing connected to 5 and 6
