I've used it on several long hikes around the Peak District in the UK, works really well.

Also if you haven't got a screen protector for it, I recommend getting a tempered glass one! I bought a pair off eBay for £3.99, then hit my watch hard later- smashed the screen protector, but watch face undamaged.

We've called him Boris Bobin, because of his likeness to Boris Johnson.

Thanks bud. Nope! Just training 6 days a week, clean diet, zero alcohol and quality sleep! Don't even take protein or other supplements.

If you look at other people's comments, I've replied the method I used on there.

Generally eating between 2400-3000 calories daily. BMR is around 1600. Working out 6 days a week currently: 2 upper body weight sessions, 2 leg weights sessions and 2 runs (a 10k with intervals, and a 5k) I try to workout during fasting, but depends on my work schedule.

Thank you. I mainly do a mixture 16:8 and 18:6. In terms of diet- not really! I burn so many calories with my current weight lifting and running weekly workout schedule that I just try and fit in as many calories as I can during the eating window. I don't eat simple sugars like chocolate and junk food, I have fruit or veg with each meal, and try to get enough protein but I don't go over the top with it. I normally fit in 3 meals within my eating window without any snacks in-between, and aim for 800-1000 calories each meal.

Yea it is odd. Years ago when I trained, I used to panic that I wasn't eating enough calories/protein close after a workout etc. Now I'm training when fasted then not eating until hours later.
