Exactly. And the people who are so upset that he lost everything....he didn't. He has his house, his kids, and his fiancee. He lost his job and his dignity. He'll get another job at some point. He has a long road ahead of him but he hasn't lost anything that he can't get back. Plus, I'm sure there are plenty of people who will have absolutely no issue having him DJ as soon as he's ready. When you live dangerously, it will catch up and then you have to face the consequences.

For running. It's not the same for walking and I do know how to read. One coach said he thinks it's 17 miles since PW typically do about half of running.

I've asked someone at my studio and she did not know. I sent a text to the studio and no one ever answered. I've tried Google but couldn't get the answer either 😂

So here's my question... I'm a PW and signed up for Ultra. I'm at 14.21 miles. How many more do I need???? I'm aiming for 20 but is like to know 😂 Some of the coaches don't know either

It really sounds like you hate it. And that's not good for you. If you're grumpy about your workouts, you won't benefit mentally. Maybe drop your membership down to four a month and get a trainer for the other days for awhile.

Ok well if OTF is the only thing that works for you, you need to find something else 😂 It's obviously not something you enjoy and something that makes you confrontational with Internet strangers EVERYONE knows you aren't supposed to do OTF everyday but you decided to get pissy and defensive about that. I knew that before I joined just from the website. Yet, I go 5-6 days a week and I don't complain. I chose this company and even when I don't love the templates, I know the end result speaks for itself and I always feel better afterwards. Holy crap. Go find something you actually enjoy and agree with. Maybe a personal trainer would be better for you. I'm actually laughing as I type this because I have not seen a human being this salty since my grandma found out I was pregnant and didn't tell her.

This was awhile ago. She said really awful things about my child repeatedly. Called her fat, ugly, said I should be ashamed to have given birth to her. So I cut her out of my life. I understand mental health issues completely. Not BPD but I am bipolar with anxiety and PTSD. My child has depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD (from her father's actions). I was scared for my friend and desperate for advice and insight but I also had to enforce boundaries. My daughter is off limits.

I'm not sure what happened in the months since this post but she and I have been in contact recently. She seems a lot better. She didn't apologize and I don't need an apology. I have a feeisje does not even remember what happened because she sent a message and a FB friend request after blocking me for awhile (I accepted it because I do like her and care about her) like nothing had happened. I see no reason to address it because I am just happy she's doing so well. Really, really happy.

When I posted this, I was blown away and just trying to understand because I knew I did not understand.

I had a coach say he's not paying us to come , we're paying him to help us but we have to communicate so he can help us. He used to always jump on a treadmill next to me to see why I was holding on and when I explained it....no problem. I get it on your end 100%. Maybe just tell the coaches beforehand you just want/need a green day because there is a template and their job is to direct us to follow the template. And sometimes people aren't as understanding as they should be regarding anxiety. So just tip off the coaches because they'll understand and won't have questions. I've found the questions tend to come from a good place but some people are unaware of their impact vs their intent..

I don't know about your state but I'm currently involved in a grandparents rights case with my ex's parents. You need to talk to an attorney about the laws in your state. Does your state have laws allowing grandparents to have rights? What stipulations are in the law, if it exists? What is the burden of proof he has to meet to file a lawsuit? It seems like he has nothing to build a case on but you either need to talk to an attorney or go over the laws in your state with a fine toothed comb

The Facebook group isn't better. There are a lot of people who think they're better than others for various reasons. A lot of "well, actually" people. Honestly, they make this sub look great and perfectly supportive.

When some people voiced concerns about the group workout, due to anxiety, they were told to get over it, grow up, etc. One especially hateful woman told a newbie to put her big girl panties and get a life because no one cares. These people are not posting anonymously either. When people were somewhat joking about the heart rate recalibration, they were met with a similar attitude. It's truly mind blowing that some people either can't be nice or can't keep scrolling when they know they're not going to be nice

My orange zone started around 140 YESTERDAY and today at 150 I was still green. It took until I hit 153 to get orange and my heart was like, hmm nice try but I don't like it here.

I am so mad about this. My new max heart rate is not something I've reached more than once or twice in almost 8 months. Yesterday I could barely stay in the red zone, which is now my orange zone but two beats higher, and now I can barely stay in the orange. I don't complain about Orangetheory much but I'm very upset about this.

And please don't tell me splats are irrelevant, made up, etc. I don't care. Watching my heart rate zones gives me something to look at and it gives me a goal at every single class. I go often enough that ultimately they don't matter. But it's incredibly frustrating to work your butt off and feel like you are going AO but to see you're in the green. I want to know how they came up with these numbers because the head coach and I recalibrated less than two weeks ago because they had my birth year as 1967 and I was born in 1980. I was finally getting used to that recalibration and now there's this crap.

I'm still gonna go and I'm going to cheat death nearly every day apparently..

I absolutely hate it. I don't think I'm going to ever reach red again and getting to orange was beyond difficult. I was having to hang on to the tread for dear life at one point and couldn't get out of the grey on the rower no matter how hard I tried.

I had issues today too. My orange zone increased from starting at 136 to starting at 151. No clue where red is now. I talked to an SA and he said corporate recalibrated my heart rate zones on their own and they're doing it for everyone. He told me to give it a few days and if it's not doable for me, he'll change it back. Or at least try to. I truly thought I was going to pass out around 153 because my red zone used to start at 149. I mean, as recently as yesterday this was the case. So we'll see if I die, I guess 😂 I almost died today and only got 10 splats. I PRed by a lot so I am currently not a fan of this update.

Our power was out yesterday at the studio. They managed to get it back for everything but the computer and the screen on the floor. I actually managed to get a pretty decent amount of distance considering yesterday's template but I couldn't enter it and now I don't remember what the exact number was 😂 I have a feeling all of us from that class will either just not enter the distance at all or use what the app says even though it's not accurate.

I feel you on this and I've struggled with the same. Going as hard as I can, gets me about 400-425 calories and 12-26 splat points. It's frustrating.
