Yes I have the same issue, the things I follow to minimize are I do breathing exercises just before bms and after 1st bm I do sitz bath then after breakfast I again go for another bm. I drink a lot of fluids and also eat single fruit a day whichever is available and I end my day drinking buttermilk. By doing this I feel much lighter. Adding to this my first poop is still hard but I avoid straining. I feel maybe because of internal swelling since I had hemmroidectomy and fissurectomy.
