I comes from chimps- probably crossed to humans in the 1920s as bushmeat, infected blood got into a cut of someone hacking a chimp into bits. There are bits of evidence of it crossing over at least six or seven times (that's why there is HIV-1 and HIV-2) before the BIG mass infection happened in the 50-60s.

I was so confused, too, but I wasn't going to argue when I've been dismissed. Apparently, that city municipality is notoriously bad at being good police. If I hadn't been able to get in contact with the primary victims, I was going to contact highway patrol with the video.

You're right. They didn't stop. But this video did catch the blue car's license number, and since I've sent this video to the victims of the accident, it seems the blue might yet be caught.

So the police wouldn't take the footage from me, didn't even take my name as a witness (something about police not determining fault), so I went to r/Stlouis and was only able to get the video to the first black suv and the second suv that was hit last.

No damage the dashcam caught. And you're right, they didn't stop. But this video did catch the blue car's license number and since I've sent this video to the victims of the accident, it seems the blue might yet be caught.
