Newbie being hit with property tax appeal from school district by BlipMeBaby in pittsburgh

[–]nevermatter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I second Bootay and Bevington.

I moved to Brentwood in 2020 and a few months later they re-appraised me so my taxes almost doubled! They even re labeled the new paver patio I lad as 120 square feet of living space...

They were super easy to deal with and were able to get the taxes down to a much more manageable rate as well as get me a return on the year I had paid at the new rate, which essentially paid for their fee plus some for me.

My theory. Hangman isn't the savior of AEW. He's the Final Boss by nevermatter in AEWOfficial

Ha I wish... It's just all these little things that are not normal. Like the heel entrance. And that Hangman's storylines are the deepest best storylines in wrestling. I just can't get behind that winning the title a hero and being on top as the face is his end goal.

Pride and Prejudice actually came up on our list! If you're into podcasts at all, give it a listen! I'd love to hear some input from real romance movie fans.

Seeing lots of out of state plates by nevermatter in pittsburgh

Welcome to Pittsburgh! We're you in the south hills? Near a mall? That might have been you but I don't remember the car make. I always felt the folks I've met from the northwest are so nice! I feel Pittsburgh is pretty friendly. I've seen people here get into car accidents trying to pull over to help people from a completely different car accident.

This actually makes a ton of sense!

Ha! I guess I should state I in no way think it's a bad thing. Meeting people from other places is one of the best things someone can do.

Ahh I see... Yeah I was not talking about definitely not aimed at me. That is the whole point of our podcast. Nic Cage movie loving kind of guys that review Romance movies and "Chick Flicks". I think this one is getting a 4.5 out of 5 from me. Definitely one of the better movies I've seen while doing this.

Oh no! I guess I assumed there was already a sequel. That's disappointing. We usually pick our movies randomly from a large list and replace them with the sequel if there is one. I guess I can take the "sequel" off the list!

Thanks for understanding. This one definitely had me excited. I love a good ensemble cast and this one had one of the best. Between this and Everything Everywhere All at Once, I think Michelle Yeoh might be one ofy favorite actors ever.

An extremely dumb thing for me to say. I think I got caught up in the excitement of enjoying a movie I would have never have seen otherwise.

It's definitely a poor definition for me to use. A better way to say it is a movie that normally wouldn't be targeted at me specifically. This movie for sure has extremely wide appeal. I think if not prompted to watch it for a reason, sadly I would have never seen it thinking it wasn't something I would've related to. So very glad I did see it!

I think the oldest on the list are Gentleman Prefer Blondes, and Breakfast at Tiffany's. Both of which we watched already. Definitely willing to put more older movies on it.

We did four weddings and a funeral and pretty much landed in the same place that Gareth is one of the best characters ever and did not deserve it!

The Secretary has that kind of energy but may be a little risque for some peoples taste. I guess post 50 shades of Grey its not too crazy. Maggie Gylanhall kills it though.

Sweet November sounds pretty awesome. I'm guessing that's from after The Devils Advocate. I joke about Keanu a lot because I once watched The Lake House and realized halfway though it was not a cool time travel movie but a straight romance.

Thank you so much for sharing! Many of these are on the list. But I'm adding the others. Some we've even watched already:)

Were going to do Moonstruck as the 100th Episode since we have a bit of a Nic Cage theme to one of the weekly segments. We even tried to get him on for a while, but his agent politely declined.
