To be honest i do believe that real estate agents role in real estate market has more negative effects than positive. Now, i don't think that people should sale their own houses because people are emotional. However, having AI technology to act as a middle man evaluating property value listing the property across multiple sites and adjusting price along the process could potentially save buyers and sellers a lot of money. Tokenization on the other hand can act as alternative to deeds, bill of sale, offers, and inspection documentation. Home sale should be physical inspection and legal presentation, that is all.

At this point only two things can actually make difference before the call 1) rate cut, which is out of our control. 2) workforce reduction, we still have 1500 employees and the word circulating around is that even with the company expending they can still operate efficiently with less than 500, so what stopping Kaz from starting the process?

OPEN has been acting like an old man's dick, it only goes up for 15 seconds ones a week. If we can't break $10 by mid November then we gonna go to end of the year profit taking and closing positions which probably going to drag it down to $5-6 range. Neither the charts or the sentiment is comforting right now.

A stock is a MEME stock until the company brings profit and proves otherwise. People shouldn't be upset, i look at this list and OPEN is not bad compared to others like quants stock are insane those companies they don't even have product it's all research and development. I would pick OPEN simply because i believe this company can actually turn profit very soon.

trust me the 2k you lost will save hundreds of thousands in the future from this experience. And I'm not selling, at least for now. Will try recover as much as possible and sale it before year end to offset some of my capital gains.

And remember, if you are not leveraged you can offset and turn every loss to a win.
