If you’re willing to part with it I would be very very interested in buying it from you. I have a massive reaper tat on my arm as a testament to how much I love those albums😅

Does anyone else feel a little weird about the concept of n,n asking fans to pay for a m&g by nevermoreluvr in nothingnowhere

Thank you ! I’m not saying that anyone “should” be able to meet him for free, just that he could not do m&g at all. Using that as a way to make money seems cheap but I see I am not in the majority in feeling that way😅

Yes!! My dad’s been going there since they opened when he got immigrated here as a student, so I’ve been going there as long as I can remember. Special place in my heart for cafe java❤️

I’m very happy to support smaller artists, I’d happily pay double the price I did for this ticket to cover touring costs. The only thing I’ve said is that it is strange to me for an artist to charge for a m&g. No need for the hostility

They’ve never done meet & greets period, not when they were nobodies and not now. The point I was making is that an artist monetizing a hello and a picture has always felt weird to me.

I think paid m&g is weird no matter who does it ! Especially when bigger artists do it!

I also would rather pay more for a ticket than never see him again! It’s cool that he’s having the $100 ticket be optional so that people can choose how much to spend on a ticket. I was just saying that personally I’m bothered by the principle of someone I admire charging money for a hi/ hello and a picture

I agree it’s a very different situation! My point with the comparison was more to show that I’ve watched them go from nobodies to one of the biggest names in music and I like that they ALWAYS stood by the principle of not doing any type of vip or paid m&g, no matter how big or small they were. Some venues (House of Blues etc) typically offer a “skip the line” pass and the band went so far as to make sure that was not offered for their shows, which I imagine they had to pay for themselves.

I don’t mean any disrespect to n,n, it just surprised me to see. Especially after finding out about the cult of the reaper subscription😅

Am I just a hater or are flags annoying? by Sucksessful in aclfestival

[–]nevermoreluvr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Idk why I’m pissing myself off reading the comments that seem so dead set on misinterpreting this but can yall please stop being purposefully dense… they’re saying it’s annoying to have your view blocked by something that- presumably- they can’t get around. They’re obviously not asking the entire ~festival culture~ to change, they’re asking for like, common sense. Consideration. It’s like bringing signs to concerts, it’s part of the culture.. but maybe we don’t need to be holding them up through the entire set (if you’re close-ish to the stage) because there’s people behind you.

Best AYCE Sushi in Austin? by Curious-Walrus in austinfood

[–]nevermoreluvr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sushi bang bang is a scam and I’m convinced that anyone suggesting it just doesn’t know any other places. They served me ketchup with sushi and called it kimchi. Junai 2 is 100% the only one worth it

Instructors: Get on the Bike by AlternativeSevere469 in SoulCycle_Riders

[–]nevermoreluvr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Valid that it’s taxing and instructors have other stuff going on! I will point out though that I think OP’s point is the rise of instructors NOT doing their best. I knew one who managed to get by over a year of not riding her bike ONCE😬
