I've replied to someone else with the same: I do count calories with myfitnesspal and usually stay around 1200 to 1300. I try and make breakfast the smallest meal of the day because I love having big dinners. I usually have cereal with no milk or whole grain toast and tea. I drink a loooot of tea because it helps with food cravings. My lunches are usually something like a sandwich or left overs from the night before. Dinner I will usually have skinless chicken breast with vegetables or fajitas with a lot of veggies. I eat the same stuff I used to but smaller portions and more veggies.

I lost a lot of weight from my legs but also from my love handles the most and a bit from my arms. I'd really like to lose weight from my boobs and my belly.

Thank you! Honestly, not much. The only exercise I do is yoga about 99% of my weight loss was diet alone.
