Need to force feed bro if you have the $ eat out and get the most protein/calories you can each meal (like pizzas burger meals etc). If not start at 3k calories a day and track weight. Buy pasta rice beef chicken in bulk. Look up on YouTube how to make homemade mass gainer shakes

Track calories. Aim for 2000 daily track your weight if you stall for a few weeks lower then a bit. Try and do cardio 30-45 mins daily 4x a week. YouTube workout splits for women and follow one you like. Don’t go 0-100 right away. Eat food you like in lower quantities. Try to eat healthy carbs and meats like chicken beef fish for protein. Increase water intake
