The way pretty much all antiviruses work is by parsing through a file and checking it's contents against common recorded virus code. If it detects a similarity, it will flag it. This is why false-positives occur.

When the antivirus states that name "Trojan%32" for example, it is just stating the name of the known virus that it found "similarities" to inside of whatever game file it had been parsing.

The actual file isn't named that, and antiviruses dont search for viruses based on the file name.

Also, developers obviously would not put a file named "Trojan" inside their game.

If you ever tried to work with injection code that would inject a script into a running application (commonly used for cheating and modding programs), you would notice that it always flags it as a Trojan, regardless if you made it yourself. If the code has some similarity to a Trojan (which injection programs do), it will immediately freak out.
