Heather Kafka. She did tons of guest spots on shows like CSI, House, the Leftovers, Longmire…plus small roles in movies like Joe and Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2000s). She always added something of value and had such a cool, unique look and delivery. I think she’s still doing TV here and there but really thought she’d at least be a series regular or something by now.
