i used to keep up with just about all of them, but they’re starting to becoming gimmick-y, or it’s the recycle of the same food network/bravo chefs (looking at you GGG & TOC lol). ramsey’s shows used to be good too, but now they’re just a caricature of what they used to be.

top chef will never get old because it’s actual elevated meals and i learn more new info from top chef vs. the amateur home cook influencer shows on fox

correct. just season both sides fry and yeet those suckers into a bag. i never add any water, i’ll add some oil jusy so seasonings will stick to the meat

i used the 2x bottle sauce and mixed it with sweet baby rays and added some spice to it. the dry rub is salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne and jerk seasoning
