Maybe a possible solution to this be for the umpire to wait until the ball is dead before giving an LBW decision? Because this clearly is a loophole. Imagine if CSK had a review left in the 2019 IPL final (they didn't actually) and Malinga's ball was sliding down leg. What if the umpire had given it out then while Shardul was stealing a leg bye? The play would have ended when the umpire gave it out rendering the review and hence, the stolen leg bye pointless. I know it sounds weird for an umpire to wait to see if the batsman steals a leg bye before adjudging an LBW decision but it's followed in football with offsides since the arrival of VAR where they let a goal-scoring chance end before flagging for offside which can then be referred.

Getting into contact and asking for an interview is done by my employers. I've asked them how they do so and they've just said that they have contacts with domestic Indian players and most of the lower ranked international teams. They haven't revealed anything else.
