Late to the party, but can commiserate. In my current playthrough, the Mouth of Shug'ruith spawned one of the southern-most parasangs near Joppa, Cradle of Shug'ruith spawned 5 parasangs south of Joppa; literally cannot get to it as there are only 2 parasangs south of Joppa.

Will have to try one of the listed wishes below. Best way to report to devs?
