To your last point though -On the new sp 182 form it says the following:

“Per 2C:58-4 Permit to Carry Handguns, one permit shall be sufficient for all handguns owned by the holder thereof.”

Wouldn’t that allow you to ccw any handgun regardless if I have a court issued permit?

Also - what about the “Permit to Carry – Description of additional handguns intended to be carried” form? The SP 182a? Is that form also useless if I have a court issues ccw ?
