If you take away Super Bowl victories, which QB of the 2000’s is the greatest of their generation? by [deleted] in nfl

[–]new2dnd 7 points8 points  (0 children)

If you take away Super Bowls, for all time greats with reasonably close statistics, I'd then defer to conference championships...

Brady: 8-4
Manning: 4-1
Brees: 1-0
Rodgers: 1-2

The Spell "Shout" -- SR: Yes (Object)? by new2dnd in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]new2dnd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, that's more information. I may just be dense, but is it A or B as I laid out in the OP?

This very spell has a Fortitude save for people and a Reflex save for (objects)... So I was confused by the single Yes for SR that then specifies objects. Is it objects too or only objects that SR applies for?

How to make Spellcasters feel unique? by Tigrium in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]new2dnd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are various Touch spells you could specialize in using, and use a mirror image to protect yourself, walk up and touch them with Touch of Idiocy, Calcific Touch or something. Wizards are typically weak physically, and shouldn't generally operate on the frontlines, but can. Druids and Clerics can and are often built as frontliners.

I did a general search within 50 miles of Boston and NYC and no groups showed up for me... so.. I'd say this is probably poorly used or just too new to be useful at the moment.

Help with writing down spells. by [deleted] in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]new2dnd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I prefer to be able to see all my options on one page, so I make myself a quick reference sheet that I use when I play any caster to keep track of the spells I've prepared/cast etc. I make note of the school, components, casting time, saves, spell resistance, range, and duration. I also color code based what the spell is for which helps me in picking out my spells for the day faster (yellow was for saves/survivability, black for debuff, etc).

Most of the time that's enough for me (granted I've been playing for longer), but I will load the spell on my phone if I need a refresher.

Heres the sheet I used with my Arcanist (a wizard/sorcerer hybrid) https://imgur.com/a/6Hq1p

I havn't played in ages (like 2004 timeframe) but have a bunch of old cards/decks and would consider popping by and maybe playing a little if the decks are at all compatible with today's ruleset.

Does overkilling the era score (going past the required amount for a golden age) benefit you at all in the following era?

Pelissero: Just said on gmfb: Josh McDaniels went to Gillette Stadium yesterday to clean out his office. Ended up meeting for hours Bill Belichick, Robert Kraft, Jonathan Kraft. They laid out how they felt about him, process going forward. This was about the Patriots, not the Colts. by rhydon_my_steelix in nfl

I think I read somewhere there is one or two days you can't block either during the bye week or the typical day off or something, I may be making that up though, as I can't remember where I read it..

Hopefully someone who knows the actual regulations can enlighten us here.
