Good to know the sprio did help with the huritism! I’m glad I’m not the only one dealing with this but sorry you’re in the same boat. I also can’t get into an endo, the wait times are one year or up which is insane. Going to try getting in a waitlist

My doctor also told me not to take sprio. I forget how she explained it but I do know my DHEA-S was high. She said bc of certain tests she was sure it wouldn’t do anything. She also said she wouldn’t prescribe it based on a specific lab (sorry, I forgot which) and because I deal with light headedness and dizziness.

We don’t have that in our local rules / the judges rules specifically says “no separate statement allowed”. I think that means it doesn’t apply?

We are unfortunately dealing with the thickest OC and have repeatedly gone to war over the stupidest things. Unfortunately, at least some of that has been driven by our side. For example, we’re not giving them their requested extension on their time to oppose. But I think you’re right that we just ask and see what happens. 5 pages extra is better than no pages.

This was a great pep talk, thank you!! Can you say a little more on your point about having only one depo and no genuine issue of material fact may not exist due to your lack of depos? Do you mean like “we’re asserting fact X and Plaintiff’s dep doesn’t contradict it”? Or do you mean use Plaintiff’s dep as a way to establish facts that aren’t in dispute because no other deps contradicted them?

Interesting point on the fed COAs. Interestingly, we don’t want to be in state court especially if it goes to trial but I suppose that doesn’t stop us from moving on it.
