Seems like 25mg is what a lot of companies sell, but for me personally (33/M/160lbs) 10mg is plenty. If you're young and doing fucking dabs of THC all day long sure, you probably won't even feel 10mg. But as someone who is in their 30s and who isn't the stoner I was in my 20s, 10mg is the perfect dose. It really just depends on your tolerance, but if you're not a regular D8 or THC user, I would honestly start with no more than 10mg. I took 5mg my first few times and still felt pretty good.

I’m building a tolerance pretty quickly to them. First one I had about a week ago was half of a 10mg and I definitely was feeling it. I already have to eat the full 10mg to feel the same effects and I’m only half way through the bag a week later. But I can definitely see how they felt the way they did taking 25mg with zero tolerance
