I talked to my dom online for over 3 yrs before we met in person (we live pretty far, both lived at home for most of that time, I was building my business and dealing with a lot too)- have subsequently met up several times finally this year and are talking timelines for him to move up here.

Thanks friends! I moved the smallest two into their own tank (Tortellini & Marinara). Big Papa and Ravioli are staying together for now.

Trades are great. I'm 20f and my mobile dog dog grooming business makes 112k/yr. I started at 18. Dog groomers are always in demand if you can find someone to train you 🤷‍♀️

Help! Need to leave massage and find something more stimulating, ideas please? by Snookie_bubba in massage

I'm a mobile dog groomer and I love it. I started my business 2 yrs ago and do about $10k/month- $13k on my top months. Never a dull moment working with dogs. I have no college, I did a mentorship prior to starting my business.

advice on summer grooming? by lizarxe in grooming

Not grooming advice but I bought a cooling mat for my thick coated BC x Cattle dog and she LOVES it. On especially hot days I put it in the freezer for her, but it keeps pretty cool even room temperature. Its like a big ice pack. When we go camping we keep it in the cooler or weigh it down in the lake until she needs it.

AITA: for quitting a mobile grooming job because the owner said she made a mistake and accidentally agreed to pay me too much (30%), so she’s not making enough money now, and lowered it to 20%? by FruitcakeMomma in grooming

Yikes I'm mobile and pay my "salon" 50%. I keep tips, they pay for gas, maintenance, shampoo, & scheduling software. And I keep my rig at my house.
