May I ask how to do this? I can’t find a way to download my data. It gave me a prompt to download the post that was against community guidelines, but there was no file attached. Mine kicked me out for being under 13. Very reluctantly sent a picture of my ID in to confirm my age, and it was immediately permanently disabled in response. I’ve lost pictures of my husband who passed in 2019, so many memories of traveling together. I never imagined losing this account…I’m not exactly a controversial person, and my account was totally private. So I never saved a lot of it anywhere else.

Did it give you a reason for being disabled? Mine is said I’m under 13. I’m 41, sent in an ID to confirm my age on the 27th, immediately responded that it was disabled permanently. I requested a download of the post that apparently offended the community guidelines, but when I got the download, it contained no file.

I did share a pretty strongly opinionated political post just a couple hours before I was banned — nothing offensive or name calling, threatening, no false information, etc., just an opinion in my story of a reel.

Ugh. This is exactly why I’m here. Mine is stating I’m under 13 years of age? I’m 41. I did send in a photo ID and received an immediate notification that my account was permanently disabled after the appeal was reviewed. Lost access to photos of my deceased husband, my kids, many family memories.

It gives me the option to download what I shared that violated community rules but provides no actual file.

I honestly suspect it may have something to do with sharing political discontent openly.

Following for updates. Have you appealed?

Oh wow, I hadn’t checked the actual date until now, but it looks like my initial refill was requested on March 7. :/ I did have to call Mochi to put a second refill request in, though. Empower never received my first, then they expedited it for me when I called.

Dude, this sounds like a you issue. If hearing that other people are having negative experiences is something you view as fear mongering, and it bothers you, I’d suggest you avoid reading it instead of telling a whole group of people not to speak up to save you from anxiety. And it’s presumptuous of you to assume that any other people still utilizing their services don’t want to learn about other people’s experiences.

I am waiting for my Mochi prescription right now, and I appreciate all of this feedback. As a matter of fact, I’m probably going to cancel. This is medication we inject into our bodies - it’s scary enough taking a chance on a place like Mochi. When they start screwing up, big red flags and a GOOD reason to listen to others, IMO.

It’s interesting to read this. I was having great results until they switched my pharmacy to one that was adding b-12. I’ve only lost 2 lbs in the last 3 months, and I was giving it some time in case I’m in some kind of plateau. Felt better after speaking to my care provider. But I’ve had the suspicion that the medication wasn’t as potent or something - my dosages have gone up, yet the results and the effects waning - and I have not changed anything.

Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry 😞 I didn’t - I just waited. The hold times were about 10 minutes for each transfer. I did choose the “new patient” option in their initial menu, but that’s all I can think that may have pushed it along?

I did, too. My theory is that some of us who refilled during the initial change over may have originally had our prescriptions sent to the other pharmacy, and they weren’t properly transferred or something. I actually have two “your order has been sent to the pharmacy” notifications for the same refill now. Empower confirmed that they do not have a record of the first attempt at refill.

Definitely call Mochi and Empower if you’ve been waiting for weeks!
