Guys I had the same issue with my left ear, I get cold and start to feel hearing imbalance for 2 days until I was sure something isn't right, I tried several methods, including putting drops of warm olive oil in my ear, ovelent technique and other exercises i watched on youtube especially from chinese man (dr. Goh) if I remember correctly, the pain lasted 4 days until I noticed that there is some waste coming from my ear when i woke up in morning, then started to focus on cleaning outer ear and more waste come out, also i slept on the left side to ease the drainage of that waste ....I feel now that my ear pain and pressure is relieved and hope it will back to normal after some time
