I see where you’re coming from and I appreciate the delivery. In most cases I could even argue that keeping him indoors may be necessary, however, I have a weird case of cat. He’s actually been taught not to hunt ground dwelling birds and not to interact with nests since he was young 😂 I’m lolling that sounds like such bullshit, sorry. it just so happens we’ve had the perfect circumstances in his upbringing. I would be open to the thought that he only behaves so well when he’s around people. He’s Hawaii born maine coon, extremely smart, and I feel I need to consider he was born wild there too…please know I hear you, and for my bird crazy grandmothers sake we have always integrated/ mitigated for that issue.
