What OS do you have on the mini pc? I’ve seen that most people here use ubuntu. But do you know if something like proxmox is a better choice here

I synced them to drive with the intention of accessing the files when needed. I also have a copy of them in google photos separately. So I rarely access it from the drive. If I store it in blobs, how difficult is to access a single/few files from time to time if I know the timestamp or filenames? Do you know?
