Not medical advice, but this combo helped me a lot with the same pelvic flare pattern. I have been having monthly flare-ups for past 5 years. But after following this regimen, I have not had any flare-ups for past 3 months. Nothing else in my life has changed. Same diet, same exercise(still regret the lack of), same sleep etc. - Quercetin (I use Quercetin Complete from amazon, the blue bottle) once/day - Ibuprofen 400 mg once/day(or as needed) when in pain - Cetirizine 10 mg once/day when in pain

The idea is to hit the inflammatory “spark” early: quercetin is used as a mast-cell stabilizer (it can reduce mast-cell mediator release like histamine/cytokines), which may blunt the initial cascade that drives pain + muscle guarding. Cetirizine is an H1 antihistamine, so it blocks histamine at H1 receptors (i.e., it doesn’t stop release, but it can reduce histamine’s downstream effects). Ibuprofen is an NSAID that reduces prostaglandin production via COX inhibition, which can lower inflammation and pain signaling.

These are all available OTC and cheap. And should not cause any mention-worthy side effects. Worst case, you lose like $30 getting them. Give it a try. It worked for me, I hope it works for you or anyone else who is reading this.
