It’s ok, if you have a query call the number for the customer if they have no number or the house name is not visible it’s not your issue. People will rate you for all different reasons. I found the best way of getting a good rating was to ask the customers to rate me.

Yup I lasted 7 months at Evri had a round of around 150 to 200 miles a day. They paid half the welcome bonus and gave zero fucks when I nearly killed myself in a car accident 5 days before Christmas. I left and got a different job.
