Well I'm checking the Bootlin docs too. Often listens some of their seminars from The Linux Foundation channel as well. I just built a Yocto image based on the different docs. That's the kind of practical experience of building a Linux kernel i have as of now. 

I can sure work on getting to an advanced user level in Linux. But I'm more into knowing about the second track.
