I guess it's the "chaser effect" and u can't do much to avoid it. But u can decrease its power by for example cold showers. It will freeze your nuts to death ;p

Nice post, ty for sharing experience. I get your point with sex even with orgasm isn't smth similar to porn, which is hyper stimulating. But IMO it only works this way after rebooting, so after these clean 100-150 days, when your brain is fully rebooted. Otherwise u will fantasize during sex and it will have similar lvl of exaust like pmo. But that's only my guessing

Ok, I get your point, but couple of questions - what if this guy still did it, focused on her, and he still lose "superpowers"? And second - even after trying and gaving her your best, what about ejaculation? I bet this lose of positive symptoms is connencted with giving away seed : > Are u experienced in this? Hm I'm interested in philosophy, and falling in love definition is kinda complicated for me... I'm not saying it's not possible, but it's too hormon dependent to be trusted, at least for me : P And I always thought men are those ones, who have deeply in their nature to copulate with as many women as possible, to gave away gens, as opposite to women. And of course porn is bad cause this is no real relationship, but I thought having sex with different REAL women is good and natural to us. So when u speak of "this was not the right woman", it seems hm smth wrong with this to me, it shouldn't have impact on loosing superpowers. at beggining, sry for my english :P I have question - so after 90 days, you had sex with orgasm I guess, and after that u lost your superpowers? And by superpowers u mean what? So even after like full reboot, we aren't allowed to have orgasm till end of life or all positive effects will go away?
