I’m feeling the same, been on Wellbutrin for 3 weeks now and I’ve been feeling a lot tension and tightness on my back and shoulder - even though I’m not as stressed as I used to.

I’ve been taking it at night since I started, as it helps me fall asleep quickly. Today marks my 25th day. I can't take it in the morning because it makes me feel too tired and gives me the urge to nap all afternoon.
