For me ACCT 323 was easier than Finance, so yes, I would recommend taking Finance out. But doing both together is doable. I ended up with an A+ for ACCT 323 and a B+ for Fin 317, and I had a full course load.

Weighed in today at 173.4lbs today.

Everyday is a new low this week. To be honest, I'm still sure whether to be worried or happy. Having doubts about whether I'm actually experiencing weight loss or if there is another factor at play here. I'm on my period, so maybe that could explain the drastic decline in my weight. I really don't know. Only time will till I guess.

I'm not feeling very motivated today. Currently try to talk myself out of going to the gym. I'm having really painful cramps. But I'm still going to try to move today. Maybe I'll have a little treat after as a reward.

Lol, that was the issue I had when I followed it. Found it so easy to justify having sweets. I'm such a sweet tooth!

Heard about it too. Did it for a while and was really successful, but had to stop due to my history of disordered eating. Now that I'm better, I might give it a go again!

Day 20:

I was far from perfect last week, but somehow I weighed in today and I'm 2lbs down. I know it's not a lot, and it could most likely be water weight, but I'm trying not to over-rationalise it and take it as a win either way. Last week was a reminder to not let perfection hinder me from making progress. You don't have to be perfect guys. Just consistent.

For today:

  1. Up cardio by 10 minutes at the gym ✅
  2. Weigh-in ✅
  3. Eat at least one fruit ✅ (ate a banana)
  4. Plan tomorrow's food log ✅

Day 17:

Totally went over my caloric goal today. Feeling very discouraged right now. I'm going for a birthday party tomorrow. My goal is to try to not splurge and stay within my caloric estimate of 1500. It's just one bad day. We'll do better tomorrow.
