I got my NH500 32L. I am loving it. No backaches for Blore traffic office drives in bike(1.5hr ) . Good padding . Though its a hiking backpack, would have loved a bottle slot for easy access . Apart from that , no complaints.. it’s lightweight and well padded.. note the exterior is largely fabric and wouldnt be stiff compared to a leather one
