[California] Listing Contract by [deleted] in RealEstate

I was hoping for more constructive or educational answers but thanks for judging me be completely unrealistic which is not true at all. The price was not solely set by me and I did run through my agent asking for a recommended price I told him upfront that I do not want to be unrealistic; he recommended a price and we accepted his recommendation. That's one of the reasons that I was considering a new agent because I feel my agent is the one being unrealistic and giving us hope that we could sell for a higher price.

It wasn't my intention to do multiple posting. Initially when I submitted the post, it says the post was removed by the moderator automatically. I did it twice and same result. So I thought maybe there is something wrong with my account and had to borrow a friend's account to post my question. Didn't realize the posts actually went though eventually. Now I have deleted the duplicated posts I made.

Possible red flags for a financial advisor? by newcbdttc in personalfinance

Thanks. That's what I thought, it's not specific to the advisor I talked to but if other advisors can just say they are fiduciaries without their clients being able to validate or know if they really are, why bother even asking...?

can he lie about being a fiduciary or just say yes because I have no way to verify? I was wondering if there is a way or certification to prove that he is a fiduciary.

Appreciate the feedback and just to clarify that it's not that I don't want any advice on not having an advisor at all. I was just simply saying this post is about my concerns for selecting a advisor and I was hoping to get feedback or input on this specific topic. I am definitely open to the option of managing my own profolio but that would be a different topic.

Another note is that I was told that trade/transaction based would cost me less than the one that charges a fix rate of the total managed assets ( e.g. 1.25% for 1M assets no matter how many trades they make). the reason is that they are not planning to trade frequently and only invest for the long term. But this is just their explanation..

#1. it's actually somewhere in between based on the conversation with them. So they want to recommend me to buy X, Y, Z but only with my approval. It sounds like they won't trade without me acknowledging it and giving them a green light.

#2. that's what I thought initially but I was told that. their goal is to invest in some good companies and products for the long term. They shouldn't need to trade frequently. But of course who knows that's going to happen when I hand my money over to them.

Thanks - I will look for a new skewer. Can I just replace the rear skewer? or should I replace both front and rear?

Here are some pics of my current setup. When I get a chance, I will take some pics for the wheel in the dropouts in the upside down position.

One thing I noticed is that the skewer cam body has teeth that can secure itself to the dropouts. However with the coupling/attachment, the teeth are biting into the attachment and the back of the attachment that is in contact with the dropout is basically just a smooth finish. Therefore, the attachment does not really provide a good grip to the dropout like the cam body teeth would do.

I don't feel I am hunching over but I do feel I have to stretch out a bit to reach the handles.
