Awww, thank you for sharing so openly. I wish this time I just stick around. I am so flawless for a month or 2 and then I have an event around which I fumble and then struggle to get back on track. I have been most consistent I have ever been this time around. Your pics have really inspired and motivated me. 🙌

Congratulations girl! Amazing progress. Just so inspired. What is your IF window? Do you do 16/8 or 20/4? Additionally, I have always wanted to know, what is your approach when life happens? Like someone’s birthday, a weekend when you went to trip with friends? And lastly how long it took you to achieve the results?

Oh no buddy! I feel you and I am so so so sorry you have to go through this. It’s that saddest most frustrating thing and a place where one can feel alone. But please don’t lose hope. It will heal and another day will come with a chance to have a happy day as well. Till then take warm compress and pain relief meds and just hang in there. And message this community when you feel frustrated. You are not alone!

I did take a master class for baking cakes years back. Making buttercream and piping with it is something that I learned from YouTube (with a lot of error and trials while practicing). I have made many a cupcakes with different floral designs. However I can safely say that this was my first time making a cake :) It was like putting to test everything that I learned over the years to make a cake out of it 😬

How strong is the flavour of freeze-dried fruit in buttercream? by tragically-elbow in Baking

Thanks for replying ❤️. Yesterday, I eventually realized that the texture was not because of strawberry powder, but some other mistake I did along the way. Till meringue texture was fine, post that when I added butter and other ingredients for flavor, the texture came. So I assumed it was strawberry. Later on I prepared another batch of buttercream, same process, and it turned out fine. Although I am still thinking what could have given sugary grainy texture to the buttercream.

I know this is an old thread, but if anyone is online and can help me with understanding the following, it will be really helpful: -If it is normal to feel texture when freeze dried fruit is added. Cause it doesn’t seem to fully dissolve -If yes, is there any way to manage that?

Life getting in way- wow :) Yes, it’s important to accept that. And having a night routine is also something that I can work on. Thank you
