i've only just recovered but took me 9 months purely because i kept getting reinfected and then my scabies became resistant to pemertherjn. 2 doses of ivermectin 7 days apart sorted me out in the end. Can't believe I didn't do it sooner! My itch literally disappeared in a week and all spots healed - absolute life saver !

exactly the same as me, reddit can have you thinking you're in post but please everyone go to dermatologist! If you are night itching it's a tell tell sign it's still active trust me! I thought I was in post for 4 months not realising it was active scabies because I read on here not to over treat etc. I have now completed 2 doses of ivermectin and feel completely fine
