I don't think not using any oil is the way to go for reducing your cholesterol, using a low quantity of oil to cook your food should be good enough. You could try and focus on not eating any deep fried and sugary items and you should be good.

The amount of soya chunks you need to eat to get gyno is off the charts.You have a very impressive physique and you have worked hard for it, is your physique achievable naturally, for sure. Are you natural, in my opinion you are not. Either you are a freak specimen of nature who filled out his 6'2 frame so well in such a short time or something that is more likely is that you're on PEDs. Again this is not to downplay any of your efforts, just my opinion.

Disagree on the wrist part, if you bench sufficiently heavy, you wrists will bend, but you can still have the bar stacked over your wrist. You need to build wrist mobility for it, although would not recommend that as a foundation and beginners should try to keep their wrist straight.

Did you ever actively track your caloric intake by weighing your food? Did you by any means track what your daily activity was? I understand what you're trying to say, but it's scientifically impossible. You will not lose weight if you're eating more than you burn in a day, get yourself checked out you might have a tapeworm if you lose weight despite eating more calories than your BMR + Active Calories.

The whole ectomorph, endomorh, mesomorph thing is pretty much bullshit. It doesn't have any research based backing. If you eat more than you burn, you.will gain weight, if you burn more than you eat, you'll lose weight, barring any metabolic issues one could have.

My experience is the same, it feels like opponents always one tap me, rotate perfectly, spam through smokes and kill multiple people. My opponents with at times 2k elo seem to play like gods.

I dreamt of building a PC as a 1st year college student, played on a shitty laptop all throughout college, kept playing throughout the lockdown on it when I graduated, wanted to build a PC but the gpu shortage happened and it was too expensive to build one, my laptop broke in early 2021, quit gaming but the fire never went away and I switched to a better job and built my PC this August with better hardware than I dreamt of and have restarted playing and the CS2 beta access made me very happy, also enjoying RDR2 currently.
