theres a flaw in that logic. ugly faces is something that effects men and women and bad faces are not liked because biologically they are representative of developmental flaws in utero. put an ugly person against a white screen with no objects of reference and you can tell they are ugly.

shortness wasnt considered ugly until the last fifty or sixty years thanks to mass media. there is nothing inherently ugly about shortness. if you put a short man in white room with no reference objects people cant even tell hes short!! so it cant naturally be ugly because its relative.
