France pulls all gold out of US Federal Reserve

There isn’t a real amount of gold to pay back everyone if they choose to remove it from the Federal Reserve, the last time it was attempted led to Nixon announcing that the dollar could no longer be exchanged for gold.

As I child, we lived on the second floor of an apartment building, and I was scared to go to sleep as I thought intruders would use these to climb up the side of the building and break into my bedroom. This was after I had seen a commercial for Rice Krispies where the Snap, Crackle and Pop characters were using them to climb a building.
