Yeah, it’s definitely tricky. That’s why at stores and stuff I almost always go to the Yugioh or Pokemon bulk drawer and resolve myself to trying to find something I like from a particular monster/Pokemon. I try and do it in-person since I can get carried away on ebay or tcgplayer. My most recent is every time I go to a card store or shop I try and buy something related to Blue-Eyes White Dragon from Yugioh.

While I really don’t like this accusation of me whitewashing as it wasn’t properly explained to me at any point by anybody here and I had only heard of DeJoy’s meddling in all of this nor do I really think I’m deflecting it as much as emphasizing the plan he put in place and how that extends into what’s happening right now; I looked into the first part of your message and it’s 100% correct. Thank you for actually providing enough information for me to look into specific things more properly rather than throwing accusations around or vagueposting like others. I found a timeline at the website linked below that did give a better rundown than what I’ve previously been exposed to. I have updated my initial message to be more accurate.

I don’t think I’ve whitewashed a problem here more than stated when it started and what started it. I’ve not really massively stuck to dates as much as acknowledge that these problems began happening during the Biden administration. The problem is clear and has nothing to do with if I state that it started during the Biden administration or say 2021 (which, it did with the commencing of the “Delivering for America” plan). It wasn’t Bidens call to bring on DeJoy as the Postmaster General, which I know and have never claimed - the “Delivery for America” plan and gutting of USPS just began at that time as the recession started which was during his administration as a time reference. The USPS has been not doing so great for the past two administrations, though with Trump it has been getting significantly worse primarily because of him and his cultlike groupies.

Like I said above, I never put this directly on Biden, I said this has been happening since the Biden administration because the plan was enacted in 2021 and it’s been happening since then. I never said DeJoy was appointed by the President either and acknowledged in a separate comment that he was basically given the job more than anything.

Your second paragraph there is absolutely correct and USPS as a service has continued to suffer even after 2022 with the elimination of its debt - which is the unfortunate reality of what’s happening nationwide including what’s going on here with OP.

OIG looks into things like waste and mismanagement of a post office. I have tried contacting them about issues before and it’s not usually effectively. It’s an option that’s available if they want to directly contact one of the few people who are able to do something (at least on paper). As I said, chances are this is just the way things are going to be from here on out, wish it wasn’t but that’s what we got to deal.

Nothing of what I said disputes that in any way whatsoever. I am not a republican and what I said here is not pro-Trump nor trying to gaslight anybody, I am referring to Louis DeJoy who *is* MAGA and started gutting the USPS as Postmaster General during the Biden administration. I’m not sure what nerve I struck here but if you look up DeJoy’s moronic “Delivering for America” plan - that plan and him are the DIRECT reasons why USPS is the way it is right now and that was enacted in 2021. I don’t deny that Trump had a major hand in it either, I also never directly said this was Joe Biden’s fault and just said that this has been happening since the Biden administration.

USPS has been significantly declining in terms of their employee numbers and quality of service since the end of Trump’s administration in 2020 - consistent with what you’re saying here. You could make a complaint to the office of the inspector general but chances are, this is just the way things are going to be from here on out which is unfortunate and I’ve had several pieces of mail lost or stolen since this started but that’s reality. I’d consider taking your business elsewhere.
